Welcome to Hello Clean. These Terms and Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by HelloClean to you. By booking or receiving any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services We Offer
We provide professional cleaning services including:
- House Cleaning (Residential)
- Commercial & Office Cleaning (Janitorial)
- Solar Panel Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
- Window Washing
- Post-Construction Cleaning

All services are performed by trained, licensed, and insured technicians.

Welcome to Hello Clean. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between HelloClean and our clients. By booking or receiving any cleaning services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
Hello Clean provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Residential House Cleaning
- Commercial and Office Cleaning
- Solar Panel Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
- Window Washing
- Post-Construction Cleaning

All services are performed by trained, licensed, and insured technicians.

2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property. A minimum service fee may apply.

3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards and other approved payment methods. Returned payments are subject to a $35 fee.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- **48 hours** notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling without fee.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged **50%** of the scheduled amount.
- No-shows or failure to provide access will result in a **full charge**.
 5. Pets and Children
- All pets must be securely confined or removed from the premises during service.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by pets during or after cleaning.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
 6. Access and Property Preparation
- The client must provide safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned.
- We are not responsible for cleaning heavily cluttered areas or areas with excessive personal items unless previously agreed.
- Valuable or fragile items should be secured by the client before our arrival.
7. Solar Panel Cleaning
- Client must provide safe access to the roof or solar panels.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to solar panels, roof tiles, or mounting systems.
- Solar panel cleaning is performed from the ground when possible using professional equipment.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within **24 hours** of completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional cost, subject to our reasonable assessment.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damages caused by unsafe conditions, or loss of personal property left unsecured.

10. Non-Solicitation
Client agrees not to hire or solicit any of our employees or contractors for a period of 24 months following the last service. Violation will result in a $2,500 placement fee.

11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
